SKILLS CLINICS

IHD offers Elite Skills Clinics throughout the year that are open to girls and boys from any club, school, or organization. To date we've hosted and trained over 300 players at almost every level and we work only with best trainers in the business. IHD players have trained with Mike Lee, Ganon Baker, Jason Otter, Micah Lancaster, and Lisa Shepherd among others.

In addition, we have established great relationships with some of the best speed, strength, and agility trainers in the area and they also regularly participate in our clinics and training sessions.

IHD clinics are high-intensity workouts that are designed to supplement a players basketball team training and are progressive programs that help passionate players reach their highest potential. We focus on all aspects of skill improvement.
